PT Rattan Art Indonesia warrants that this rattan handicraft product is free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to damage that occurs as a result of manufacturing defects and not due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or modifications made by third parties. To maintain the beauty and durability of the product, we recommend that you clean the product regularly using a soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild soap. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as natural discoloration of the rattan, or damage resulting from use not in accordance with the instructions for use. To file a warranty claim, please fill out the claim form available on our website and attach a detailed photo and video of the damaged product. We will process your claim within 1 Month.

- Damage to woven rattan due to defects in material or workmanship

- This warranty does not apply to samples or liquidated items.
- Damage due to normal wear and tear, such as discoloration or cracks on the surface of the rattan from daily use
- Accidental damage, such as falling or hitting a hard object
- Damage due to misuse, such as use of the product not in accordance with its intended use
- Damage due to modifications made by third parties
- Placed at outdoors or in humid environment
- Not under heavy rain or heavy sun
- This warranty does not apply if the product damage or failure is caused by force majeure as defined above

- Send the defective product to our address
- We have the right to ;
- Repairing defective products
- Replacing the product with a new product
- Refund the purchase

- This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable
- Rattan Art will at its discretion determine whether the defective product should be shipped back to Rattan Art or field-destroyed. Photo documentation must be required for field-destroyed product.
- This warranty does not affect other consumer rights guaranteed by law
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill warranty obligations if it is caused by events beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to ;
- Natural disasters: Earthquake, flood, storm, fire, drought, or other natural disaster.
- War: War, military action, insurrection, or other security disturbance.
- Riots: Civil unrest, demonstrations, or strikes.
- Supply shortages: Shortage or inability to obtain raw materials, labor, or energy required for production or repair.
- Government regulations: Changes in government regulations, embargoes, or restrictions on exports or imports.
- Failure of a third party: Failure of a supplier, contractor or other third party to fulfill its obligations.
In the moments of a force majeure event, the Company will make every effort to overcome the situation and resume its warranty obligations as soon as possible after conditions return to normal.

- Liability-free: The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from force majeure moments.
- Maximum effort: The company remains obligated to make every effort to remedy the situation and resume its warranty obligations once conditions return to normal.
